We offer a full range of print processes to match budget. UV Flexo , Gravure or Offset.
Gravure printing produces high definition images traditionally used for high quality photographic reproduction. The image is engraved into a copper coated steel cylinder and chromium plated and are expensive.
Flexo the image is created in relief onto a photopolymer cylinder . Because it is relief and a polymer plate there is movement and a minimum dot size .The printed image is coarser but the cylinders are less costly.
Offset combines the best of both with the image carried on a 30micron metal plate that is mounted onto a cylinder . The printed image is high resolution with no constraint on the dot size and without the expensive tooling of gravure or the movement on press with Flexo polymer plates.
